One of NIF’s goals is to create a self-sustaining nuclear fusion reaction, in which the nuclei of two forms of hydrogen fuse together and produce a single heavier nucleus of helium, while converting some of the mass lost in the reaction into incredible amounts of energy (in a sense, mass is highly concentrated energy). This is something scientists have been working to achieve in the laboratory since the 1950s.
Harnessing the energy of the sun and stars to meet the Earth’s energy needs has been a scientific and engineering challenge for decades. A self-sustaining fusion burn has been achieved for brief periods under experimental conditions, but the amount of energy that went into creating it must be much smaller than the amount of energy it generated to be an efficient clean energy supplier. With future funding in place NIF will achieve the expected results.
RE – IMG visited the Nuclear Fusion Energy facility, specifically the National Ignition Facility (NIF) at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) in Livermore, California with a subsequent visit to Brillouin Energy Corp in Berkeley California. The meetings were organized by Bryan Kryska of the Innovation Management Group Inc. (IMG) located in Edmonton Alberta.
The goal of IMG is to facilitate and fund green energy projects through a local presence in Alberta. IMG was introduced to RE by Ron Johnson of RE ‘s Beaufort Infrastructure Systems Inc (BISI) as one of the long list of credible green, sustainable and humanitarian technologies and projects that BISI has submitted to meet the stringent funding requirements of Rad Energy to secure legitimate funding targets.
The IMG entourage consisted of engineers, company structure and operations consultants, nuclear physicists, former and present Canadian Federal and Provincial Government Officials and an RE/Onyx Trust board Trustee as the potential funding arm.
RE – IMG, Low Energy Nuclear Reaction (LENR) or Cold Fusion – Edmonton Alberta
Of our cold fusion projects, we have two that are ready for commercialization. One is an LENR nickel powder based device that produces a consistent and viable multiple of excess heat, and the other is our flagship project most suitable for practical deployment. It produces mechanical and electrical energy as an output. This flagship project has produced a revolutionary energy technology.
This technology is based on excitation and minuscule nuclear combustion of a micro-plasma within a small sealed chamber. A substantial quantity of clean energy is released. The proprietary controlled Fusion pulse consumes just a trace of fuel so this engine will run for over a year on an inexpensive charge of a few cubic centimeters of fuel.
This device can directly generate electricity or provide mechanical energy to run a motor vehicle a ship or an aircraft. It can be used in a multitude of other applications. This fusion device opens the door to clean electric power at the 0.5 to 1.5 cent per Kw hr cost in cities or in the most remote of locations.
This is paradigm shifting technology that will allow very low cost, always on, energy dense power for use on and off the grid in both the developed and undeveloped world. The Technology is scalable up to megawatt power output, but could also be developed for use in the home environment.
These devices will facilitate distributed power generation by virtue of their portable form factor. The foot print starts at about 1.5 sq m at a weight of about 140 Kilograms and produces 110 Kilowatts but will improve as the technology is refined further. These units will be capable of providing power off-grid in countries where there is inadequate rural power infrastructure and distribution.
The low cost of power production from these units will allow developing counties to substitute them in place of existing dirty coal generators and oil fired generators, thereby providing enormous environmental benefit. These two aspects open up the possibility also for non-commercial entities such as foundations that have a humanitarian or environmental goal to commit resources to provide energy and water to needy areas.
Within approximately 18 months we will be partnering or licensing with capable funders for specific territorial deployments of this technology. To date, we have self-funded and completed all the early stage R&D. In a couple months we will be seeking partners to fund commercialization engineering refinements and funding for global deployment.
At this point we are in stealth mode as we scale up our prototype, and do not want any potential competitors to be aware of our current level of progress, so please keep this communication and all the materials provided confidential.

Access Technology – The EnvirOcycler is a patented, environmentally-friendly technology that converts wet biomass and municipal solid waste (MSW) to renewable energy. The United Nations in 2013 gave the EnvirOcycler the designation of being the premier system for countries to adopt for waste management and renewable energy at the world congress in China.
The UN has made their technology the standard for China as they have approved 7 pilot plant projects for China which will turn into hundreds working directly with Chinese ministry. The by-product will be energy from heat from their boilers to our generator systems and produce high grade fertilizer in big demand.

There are currently proposals for 20 shovel ready projects in Thailand under contract and just awaiting funding.

SunEcoEnergy (SEE)
SunEcoEnergy (SEE) has developed a proprietary system which cultivates, grows, harvests and processes ALGAE to produce two main products: one OIL Feedstock used to produce bio-fuel and the other Livestock Feed Supplement (LFS).
SunEcoEnergy has developed technology that allows it to produce a minimum of 33,000 gallons of algae oil per acre-foot of cultivated water. Even highly refined straight vegetable oil can be produced at $0.78/gallon which is competitive with oil at $30/barrel.
The algae oil has been refined to biodiesel and tested in a variety of vehicles. For instance in test in large diesel powered trucks with JB Hunt transportation there was no loss off power or mileage when mixed with ultra-low sulfur petroleum diesel at a 20:80 or 50:50 ratio but there was a 95% reduction in particulate emissions.
Biodiesel refined from our algae oil has been tested and certified by the EU, CARB and the US Air Force. A clean product can be produced by the SunEco technology that replaces and, when mixed with, improves the performance of petroleum diesel. The algae can be grown on marginal land and can use many different water sources therefore not competing with food production.
The product can be produced year round. SEE has developed the technical knowledge and has the experience to revolutionize the “ALGAE TO ENERGY” business.

RaPower3 Solar Lenses
These special thin-film solar lenses are 92% efficient. They refract solar energy into a 2″ focal point to generate temperatures well over 1,000 degrees F. They are constructed of extremely-durable, non-yellowing aviation-grade acrylic and can be mass-produced in quantities never seen in the solar industry. These solar lenses are what we use in RaPower3 Solar Plants. Our lenses are the first and only solar lenses in the world to be manufactured using the unmatched mass-production process of roller-mold manufacturing.
Concentrated Photovoltaic
The new IAUS Gen1 CPV system can be used in conjunction with RaPower3 Solar Lenses to directly convert the sun’s energy into electricity at high concentrations. This first generation system boasts a 300:1 power ratio over flat panel PV. That means, for every one of our PV cells, a regular PV panel will need 300. This is a huge breakthrough in renewable energy!
GEORGIA, Coal – Water – Fuel (CWF) PROCESS
In a joint venture with Energy Quest, a Georgia USA company BISI will be involved in coal slag reclamation projects in the USA and Canada. Off-take agreements are in place for supply to the shipping industry for up to one billion gallons per year. In addition environmental contracts are submitted for contaminated sites remediation.
NrgQst introduces a truly Innovative Clean Coal Processing and Conversion Technology.
The technology can process and convert…brown coal (lignite), other coals and petroleum coke into…a stable emulsified fuel with the average particle size of >70 microns.
NrgQst has developed a superior technology in size reduction, coal cleaning and stabilization and owns the rights and the intellectual property on the process.
The basis of NrgQst’s technology is proprietary cavitations and ultrasound destruction of coal molecule in a water media, which in fact destroys the coal molecules (long chain molecules).
The process delivers a very stable and homogenous fuel without additives which provides an even and stable burn and prevents load swings
Fuel material is prepared and reduced to a size suitable for feeding to the CWF in a shredder, pulverized and classified then transported to a storage bin. From this storage bin the prepared fuel (coal) is pneumatically transported to a feeder blender mounted prior to the liquefying process . The storage bin has the capacity to hold approximately an hour coal supply for the liquefier.
The fuel is moved from the hopper by metering screws driven by variable speed motors to a feeder chute. The final metering of the prepared fuel into the CWF process is controlled through the use of pneumatic conveyors. Since the CWF system is pressurized to about 120 PSIG, a pressure sealing rotary feed valves is located between the metering screws and the pneumatic conveyor.
The prepared CWF fuel is pumped to the liquid fuel day tank and storage tanks. Four (4) hours of CWF is stored in the day tanks. Extra fuel capacity can be added if required.

O2 Waste Management Process
In a Joint venture with O2Waste, a British /American company with product manufacturing by the CCC Group of San Antonio, Texas, Beaufort is establishing an environmentally superior process that will result in the practical application of a totally sustainable, continuing, municipal solid waste handling procedure where ongoing value is derived from virtually every piece of garbage generated by a community.
Designed to accommodate current and future generations this Beaufort System will extract value from every organic and inorganic recyclable within a municipality’s waste-stream, eliminating the need for landfills and expanding dump sites.
The System is initially designed to accommodate the needs of smaller communities (30,000 to 50,000) but it can be expanded to meet the needs of even the largest cities in the world. Designed to be self financing the System will be a partnership of communities and local governments and private stakeholders with value being returned to all participants
Private investment will fund the initial system and once initial payouts are achieved the public/private partnership will reap equal rewards. Tax rates will remain stable for the consumer and community, existing employees will be offered quality jobs under the new system and local community educational facilities will be encouraged and funded to offer technology training programs to fill the ongoing needs of these Systems.

ENECO has approached PIE to assist in financing and project management with the badly needed waste area in GHANA. PIE and Eneco have come up with a plan to attach medical facilities to the waste to energy systems and have the facilities feed off of all the by-products the Eneco system can provide from power air conditioning Green Houses and direct hospital waste. PIE and ENECO have been working diligently to start a series of waste to energy systems throughout Europe currently in Poland, Hungry, Greece, France, United Kingdom with applications and continued work at various stages PIE has committed to fund all applications in Europe with assistance of the ECC and local Municipalities and contributors, securing a Power Purchase Agreement with the Power Authority in each country and further securing the financing and investment for each feasibility approved location.
